At Swagman, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn sports gear back in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
